NTET 2026 scorecards now available on DigiLocker: Here’s what qualified candidates must know
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made NTET 2026 score cards available on DigiLocker, offering candidates a secure way to access and store their examination records online. The development follows the declaration of results on May 15 and is expected to ease document verification and future recruitment processes for aspiring teachers in Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken another step to make access to examination records easier for candidates by making the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test (NTET) 2026 score cards available on DigiLocker. The move comes weeks after the declaration of NTET 2026 results and is expected to help candidates securely access and store their academic records online. The announcement is particularly important for postgraduate students from the Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy streams who are planning to pursue teaching careers and may need their scorecards for future academic and professional requirements.

NTET 2026 result has been already declared

The NTET 2026 examination was conducted on April 28, 2026, in computer-based test (CBT) mode across 67 examination centres located in 41 cities. The examination was held in both English and Hindi.According to official figures, 9,368 candidates had registered for the examination, while 9,051 candidates appeared for the test. The NTA had already announced the NTET 2026 results on May 15, 2026, and uploaded individual score cards on the official NTET portal. The results were also shared with the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH).

Why the DigiLocker facility matters

With scorecards now available on DigiLocker, candidates can access their documents digitally without depending solely on downloaded copies stored on personal devices. The facility offers secure online access to examination records and can prove useful when candidates need to present their credentials during recruitment, admissions, document verification, or other academic processes. The initiative is aimed at ensuring that candidates have a reliable and easily accessible digital copy of their NTET 2026 score card whenever required.

Who conducts NTET?

The National Teachers’ Eligibility Test is conducted for postgraduate candidates from Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy disciplines who wish to enter the teaching profession. For NTET 2026, the examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency on behalf of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine and the National Commission for Homoeopathy.

What candidates should do next

Candidates who have qualified or appeared for the examination should verify that their score card is available on DigiLocker and ensure that all personal and examination-related details are correct. They are also advised to keep both digital and downloaded copies of the score card for future use. Since the document may be required during recruitment and verification processes, maintaining multiple copies can help avoid last-minute difficulties.

Where to check further updates

Candidates can visit the official NTET website for any future notifications, eligibility-related information, or updates regarding the examination. Those facing difficulties can also contact the NTA helpdesk through its official helpline or email support for clarification related to NTET 2026.As the examination cycle moves forward, the availability of score cards on DigiLocker marks an important follow-up development for thousands of candidates preparing for careers in medical education and teaching.
