CUET UG Result 2026 declared at cuet.nta.nic.in; score cards released for over 15.68 lakh candidates

CUET UG Result 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 results. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their score cards through the official CUET portal using their application number and password or date of birth.The entrance examination was conducted in computer-based test mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026, with additional sessions held on June 6 and 7. The score cards will be used by participating Central, State, Deemed and Private universities for undergraduate admissions in the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates have been advised to retain a copy of their score card for the admission and counselling process.Record participation in CUET UG 2026According to the NTA, 15,68,867 candidates registered for CUET UG 2026, while 11,64,098 appeared for the examination. Candidates generated nearly 67.56 lakh registered subject test instances across 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and one General Aptitude Test.The examination was conducted over 19 days in 35 shifts across 321 cities, including 13 international locations. Candidates could choose up to five subjects, resulting in 12,906 unique subject combinations. Performance highlights and subject scoresThe NTA said one candidate secured a 100 percentile score in four of the five opted subjects. Another 22 candidates achieved 100 percentile in three subjects, 180 candidates in two subjects and 3,214 candidates in one subject.Among individual subjects, Accountancy, History, Psychology, Sanskrit and Odia recorded the highest NTA score of 250.00. Biology followed with 249.70, while Political Science registered 249.58 and Business Studies 249.57.The highest aggregate NTA score across five subjects was 1232.19.What candidates should do nextThe NTA clarified that its role is limited to conducting the examination, releasing answer keys, preparing results and issuing score cards. Participating universities will prepare their own merit lists and conduct counselling according to their admission policies.Candidates should download their score cards, monitor admission notifications issued by their preferred universities, complete registration and counselling formalities, upload required documents and participate in seat allotment rounds within the prescribed schedule.How to check CUET UG Result 2026Visit the official CUET website, click on the CUET UG Result 2026 link, enter the application number and password or date of birth, submit the details and download the score card displayed on the screen.
