The reason lodged under Tennessee law states that one spouse has displayed “cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct towards” the other partner, according to USA Today. Furthermore, Jean admitted to being dependent on Jack White’s income for a living and hopes to enter a written Marital Dissolution Agreement for the division of their assets. The ‘Wishing Well’ singer has requested White to pay the legal fees for the proceedings.
