A trader from Delhi market told Fibre*Fashion, “Cotton yarn prices are facing pressure from internal as well as from external markets. Spinning mills will be more dependent on domestic market after slow export demand. Falling ICE cotton is making Indian cotton and yarn less attractive in the global market. Domestic demand from consumer industry yet to pick up from lower level.”
