Rajiv Bajaj to exit Bajaj Finserv board

MUMBAI: Rajiv Bajaj has said he will step down from the board of Bajaj Finserv due to a significant increase in his responsibilities at Bajaj Auto following the setting up and scaling of two major new subsidiaries: Bajaj Auto Technology and Bajaj Auto Credit. Bajaj has said he will not stand for re-election at the shareholder meet on July 31, 2026.
