US-based Lummus Technology has commercially launched Thermacrack C5, a new process technology designed to improve isoamylene production from C5 streams.
The technology aims to enhance efficiency, reduce energy use and lower capital investment while improving product purity and reliability.
It supports specialty chemical applications including adhesives, antioxidants and performance additives.
