CGBSE supplementary exam 2026: Chhattisgarh Board releases Class 10, 12 second Main timetable

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has released the timetable for the Class 10 and Class 12 Second Main and Supplementary Examinations 2026. Students who could not clear one or more subjects in the regular board examinations, or those appearing for the second main examination, can now check the complete schedule on the board’s official website.According to the schedule issued by the board, the examinations for both High School (Class 10) and Higher Secondary (Class 12) students will commence from July 8, 2026. The examinations will be conducted in offline mode across the state.

CGBSE announces supplementary exam schedule

The release of the timetable comes as an important step for thousands of students seeking another opportunity to improve their results and continue their academic journey without losing an academic year.The board has clarified that all examinations will be conducted in a single morning shift. Students will be required to appear for their papers from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

CGBSE Class 10 supplementary exam dates 2026

The Class 10 supplementary examinations will begin on July 9 with Mathematics and conclude on July 21.Major subjects include:

  • July 9: Mathematics
  • July 11: First Language Hindi
  • July 14: Second Language English
  • July 16: Science
  • July 18: Social Science
  • July 20: Third Language papers

Vocational course examinations will be conducted on July 15.

CGBSE Class 12 supplementary exam dates 2026

The Class 12 supplementary examinations will start on July 8 with Hindi and continue till July 22.Important examination dates include:

  • July 8: Hindi
  • July 10: English
  • July 11: Sanskrit
  • July 15: Geography and Physics
  • July 17: Political Science, Chemistry and Accountancy
  • July 21: Mathematics
  • July 22: Biology, Economics, Computer Application and several elective subjects

Vocational subjects including Information Technology, Agriculture, Health Care and Media & Entertainment will be held on July 20.Students can check the complete timetable by clicking on the link provided here.
