Adani Enterprises and France’s Dioxycle have agreed a long-term partnership to develop low-carbon chemical production in India.
The first step is a pilot at an Adani Group site to make formic acid from captured carbon dioxide and renewable electricity.
Textile, agriculture and manufacturing users are directly linked because formic acid and its derivatives are widely used in those sectors.
