AIBE result 2026: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to announce the AIBE 21 (XXI) Result 2026 between July 15 and July 18, 2026. Before the declaration of results, the AIBE 21 Final Answer Key is scheduled to be released on July 10, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be able to download their scorecards from the official AIBE website after the result link is activated.The All India Bar Examination was conducted in offline mode on June 7, 2026. The provisional answer key was published on June 10, followed by the objection window, which remained open from June 10 to June 17, 2026. The final answer key will form the basis for evaluating candidates before the result is announced.Result timeline for AIBE 21The examination process has followed a defined schedule. The AIBE 21 examination took place on June 7, 2026. The provisional answer key was released on June 10, while candidates were allowed to raise objections until June 17. The final answer key is due on July 10, and the result is expected between July 15 and July 18, 2026. The Certificate of Practice (CoP) is expected to be issued three to five months after the declaration of results.Steps to download the scorecardCandidates can check their result by visiting the official All India Bar Examination portal and selecting the AIBE 21 scorecard link available on the homepage. They will be required to enter their Application Number or Hall Ticket Number along with their Date of Birth. After submitting the details, the scorecard will display the candidate’s marks and qualifying status. Candidates are advised to download and retain a printed copy for future reference.Qualifying marks and next stageThe AIBE is a qualifying examination. Candidates from the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45 per cent of the total marks, while those belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories must obtain a minimum of 40 per cent. If any questions are removed from the final evaluation, the qualifying marks out of 100 may be reduced proportionately.Candidates who qualify will receive their physical Certificate of Practice through their respective State Bar Councils. The certificate is mandatory for practising law before courts in India. Candidates who do not qualify may appear in the next AIBE session, as there is no limit on the number of attempts.
