Covestro has bought former Vencorex HDI derivatives sites in Rayong, Thailand, and Freeport, Texas, expanding capacity in Asia and North America.
The deal is aimed at improving regional supply resilience for coatings, adhesives and sealants customers.
End users include automotive, infrastructure, marine, wood furniture, electronics and other industrial segments.
