On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures settled Rs 3,325 lower, or 2.2%, at Rs 1.47 lakh per 10 grams, while silver futures declined Rs 13,001, or 5.3%, to close at Rs 2.33 lakh per kilogram.
