Preity Zinta has rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill for two years, starting at Rs 6 lakh monthly, rising to Rs 6.5 lakh. The deal includes a Rs 27 lakh deposit. Earlier, she sold multiple Bandra properties worth crores. She will next appear in Batwara 1947 upcoming film.

Preity G Zinta has taken an apartment on rent in the posh Pali Hill area of Bandra (West), Mumbai, for two years. The monthly rent starts at Rs 6 lakh. According to the leave-and-license agreement, the apartment is located in the Art Veda building and covers 1,500 sq. ft. , along with a parking space of 100 sq. ft. The property has been leased from MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd, with the agreement coming into effect on May 27, 2026.

Preity Zinta’s rent and deposit details revealed

According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Preity rented the apartment for a monthly licence fee of Rs 6 lakh for the first 12 months, which then increases to Rs 6.5 lakh per month for the next 12 months. The deal also includes a security deposit of Rs 27 lakh, as revealed by the documents.

Preity Zinta sold Pali Hill apartment earlier this year

Reportedly, Preity sold an apartment in Bandra’s Pali Hill area for Rs 18.50 crore earlier this year. The apartment came to her in April 2025 after her old building underwent redevelopment. This sale was not a one-time thing, it was her second property sale within four months. Back in November 2025, she had already sold a 1,474 sq ft unit on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building for more than Rs 14 crore.

Preity Zinta sells another apartment in 2026

On March 2, 2026, Zinta sold another apartment in the same building, this time a 1,770 sq ft unit on the same floor. The buyers were Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin, as mentioned in the documents. The transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Preity Zinta gears up for Batwara 1947

On the professional front, Preity is gearing up for her upcoming film ‘Batwara 1947’, where she stars alongside Shabana Azmi, Sunny Deol, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh.
