Sasol International Chemicals will invest €60 million (~$70.2 million) to expand and debottleneck its advanced alumina production facilities in Brunsbüttel, Germany.
The project will strengthen supply of high-performance aluminas for catalyst and specialty applications, improve process efficiency and lower product carbon footprint by up to 15 per cent.
Operations are targeted to begin around 2029.
