'This is the level of safety in Dubai': Man captures Defender waiting for a peacock family to cross the road

A short video from Dubai is giving social media users a glimpse of a quiet moment that many say speaks for itself. Instead of rushing through the road, a Defender is seen stopping and waiting as a family of peacocks, including their chicks, crosses comfortably. The clip has now gone viral, with many people praising the patience shown in the moment and calling it one of those small things that leave a lasting impression.

Viral video captures a calm moment on a Dubai road

The video was shared on Instagram by Mohammad Saad Choudhary. While filming, he points towards a Defender parked ahead and explains why it is standing still in the middle of the road.He says, “Do you see that Defender car ahead? Now, this Defender will stop. Do you know why? Let me tell you the reason, look. A family of peacocks is crossing ahead. So they will have to stop. This is the level of safety in Dubai, as you can see. And this is Dubai, actually this is the Emirates Tower, and this is a hidden gem. I don’t know how many people know about this, but there are many peacocks here. You can see, they have chicks, and then there are different peacocks. But this is the level of Dubai’s safety. So, if any of you haven’t been to Dubai and haven’t explored this, even I just found out about this hidden gem. You should definitely come and explore it, it’s a very pretty place.”The video shows the peacocks walking across the road at their own pace while the vehicle waits until they have crossed.

Creator highlights a lesser-known spot

Apart from the crossing itself, Choudhary also talks about the area near Emirates Towers, saying it is a “hidden gem” where many peacocks can be spotted. He says he had only recently discovered the place and encouraged others to visit it.The video was posted with the caption, “Safety level of Dubai.”

Instagram users praise the scene

The way the car stopped patiently says a lot about the place.”A third commented, “Dubai never fails to surprise people with its hidden gems.”Another user added, “This is so peaceful to watch, the peacocks look completely comfortable.”Disclaimer: This article is based on a viral social media post.
