UK’ ASOS appoints Manoja Josyula as director of product propositions

ASOS has confirmed the permanent appointment of Manoja Josyula as Director of Product Propositions, reporting to Ben Blake, EVP Customer and Commercial. Manoja has been serving in the role on an interim basis since joining the business earlier this year.In her role, Manoja leads ASOS’ core customer propositions, with responsibility for Premier, loyalty and returns, helping drive customer engagement, retention and long-term commercial performance.

ASOS has permanently appointed Manoja Josyula as director of product propositions after she served in the role on an interim basis.
Reporting to Ben Blake, she will lead Premier, loyalty and returns initiatives to strengthen customer engagement, retention and sustainable growth, drawing on her leadership experience across digital consumer businesses.

Manoja brings more than a decade of experience leading customer-focused growth strategies across digital and consumer businesses. Prior to joining ASOS, she was General Manager for Foreign Travel at Trainline, where she led strategy, commercial performance and cross-functional teams across international markets. Before that, she held senior leadership positions at Storio Group and Photobox, overseeing trading, category management, partnerships and market growth.

Her permanent appointment reflects ASOS’ continued focus on strengthening the propositions that matter most to customers, while driving sustainable, profitable growth.
