Now, a cryptic Instagram post has only added to the excitement among fans.Sooryavanshi shared a picture of himself batting in India’s blue jersey on his Instagram story with a simple two-word caption: “New chapter.” The post quickly went viral, with many believing it could be a hint that his long-awaited India debut is around the corner.The teenager has been one of the hardest-working players during India’s practice sessions in England. He has spent long hours in the nets and has looked in good touch with the bat. Although the team management has repeatedly said they do not want to rush the youngster, Sooryavanshi has continued to impress with his fearless batting aprroach.The left-handed opener had a stellar IPL 2026 season with Rajasthan Royals. He scored 776 runs at a remarkable strike rate of 237.30, earning his maiden senior India call-up.
