The CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026 is expected to be announced shortly, with lakhs of students awaiting their scores. Once released, candidates can download their provisional marksheets through the official portals and other digital platforms. Students are advised to keep their login credentials ready and verify every detail on the marksheet after downloading it.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 Second Board Examination Result 2026 shortly. The scorecards will be released on the official website, cbse.gov.in.Although the board has not officially confirmed the result date, candidates are closely monitoring the official websites for the announcement. The scorecards are expected to be released by this week. Since Class 12th revaluation results are also out, Class 10th scorecards can be released by the end of this week.More than 6.68 lakh students took the second board examination this year under CBSE’s newly introduced two-exam system. The initiative gives students another opportunity to improve their performance without waiting for the next academic session.

CBSE Class 10th 2nd board exam result 2026: Official websites to host the result

Once the results are declared, students will be able to access their scorecards through the official CBSE portals, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.Apart from the official websites, the board has also made several alternative platforms available to ensure students can download their marksheets even if the websites experience heavy traffic.Students will also be able to check their results through:

  • DigiLocker
  • UMANG app
  • SMS service
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)

Candidates have been advised to keep their roll number, date of birth and admit card details ready before the results are announced to avoid delays during login.

CBSE Class 10 Second Board result 2026: Steps to download

After the result is released, students can download their provisional marksheet by following these steps:

  • Go to the official websites, cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
  • Click on the “CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026” link on the homepage.
  • Enter the required login credentials, including the roll number and other details.
  • Submit the information.
  • The result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the provisional marksheet and keep a printed copy for future reference.

What the marksheet will contain

Students are advised to carefully verify all the information printed on their marksheet after downloading it. The provisional scorecard will include:

  • Student’s name
  • Roll number
  • Date of birth
  • Father’s name
  • Class details
  • Subject-wise theory marks
  • Practical marks, wherever applicable
  • Total marks obtained
  • Maximum marks
  • Overall grade
  • Pass or fail status

In case of any discrepancy, students should immediately contact their respective schools or the CBSE authorities for correction.
