8 Indian dinners with over 30g protein that don’t require protein powder

Protein: About 40-45g

Cook 150g lean chicken mince with onions, tomatoes, peas, ginger, garlic and traditional Indian spices until thick and fragrant. Serve with two whole wheat rotis and a bowl of cucumber raita. It is a comforting dinner that is rich in protein and ideal for busy weeknights.

A high-protein dinner does not have to be complicated or depend on supplements. By combining familiar Indian ingredients thoughtfully, you can easily cross the 30g mark while enjoying meals that are balanced, flavourful and practical enough to make part of your regular routine.
