The Commissionerate of Higher Education has started the web option entry process for the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2026 counselling. Eligible candidates can now submit their college and course preferences through the official website, polycet.ap.gov.in.Candidates will be able to complete the web option entry process until July 4, 2026. The seat allotment result will be announced on July 6, while candidates who receive a seat must report to their allotted colleges between July 7 and July 10, 2026.The AP POLYCET 2026 counselling process will be conducted in two rounds for admission to diploma courses offered by polytechnic colleges across Andhra Pradesh.
How to enter AP POLYCET 2026 web options
Candidates can follow these simple steps to submit their choices:
- Visit the official AP POLYCET website at polycet.ap.gov.in.
- Click on the Web Option Registration link.
- Create a password by entering the required details, including your date of birth.
- Save the password and log out.
- Log in again using your credentials.
- Select your preferred district.
- Choose the colleges and diploma courses in the order of your preference.
- Save the entered options and submit them before the deadline.
Seat allotment details
The seat allotment will be prepared based on the web options submitted by candidates during the counselling process.After the allotment result is declared on July 6, candidates can check their allotment status by logging in to the official portal. Those who are allotted a seat will have to pay the prescribed fee and download their allotment order.Candidates must then report to their allotted colleges between July 7 and July 10 to complete the admission process.
