Saint-Gobain has strengthened its Asia-Pacific business through acquisitions in Vietnam and Japan, expanding its building materials and construction chemicals portfolio.
The deals add plasterboard, waterproofing and flooring capabilities, reinforce its regional manufacturing and distribution network, and support growing demand for sustainable, high-performance construction solutions.
