Italy’s Moncler Group posts $1.5 bn H1 revenue on Asia growth

Italian luxury fashion brand Moncler Group has reported consolidated revenues of €1.29 billion (~$1.50 billion) in the first half of 2026, rising 9 per cent and 5 per cent at current exchange rates. The group’s EBIT increased to €245.4 million, with the EBIT margin improving to 19 per cent from 18.3 per cent.Remo Ruffini, executive chairman of Moncler, said the group delivered solid growth and profitability across both brands despite a challenging global environment. He highlighted the company’s focus on products, creativity and stronger engagement with consumers throughout the year.

Moncler brand revenues grew 9 per cent to €1.09 billion (~$1.28 billion), driven by Asia and DTC growth.
Stone Island revenues increased 11 per cent to €200.3 million (~$234.4 million), supported by strong regional and channel performance.

Asia growth drives Moncler brand revenue performance

The group’s net result reached €164.7 million (~$192.7 million) in H1 2026, compared with €153.5 million in the same period last year, while net cash stood at €1.11 billion as of June 30, 2026, after a dividend payment of €374.1 million.

Moncler brand revenues increased 9 per cent to €1.09 billion (~$1.28 billion), supported by strong growth in Asia and improved direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance. Asia revenues rose 19 per cent to €592.9 million, while Americas revenues increased 6 per cent to €147 million. EMEA revenues declined 4 per cent to €349.7 million due to weaker tourist flows, particularly from Asian consumers, and softer online performance.

Moncler’s DTC channel drives brand revenue growth

The Moncler brand’s DTC channel grew 10 per cent to €933.2 million, accounting for 85.6 per cent of total brand revenues. Wholesale revenues increased 3 per cent to €156.4 million despite ongoing efforts to optimise distribution. Comparable store sales growth was up 7 per cent in H1 2026.

Stone Island revenues rose 11 per cent to €200.3 million (~$234.4 million), compared with €186.7 million in H1 2025. The brand recorded strong growth across regions, with Asia revenues increasing 25 per cent to €60.4 million and Americas revenues rising 35 per cent to €14.2 million. EMEA revenues grew 3 per cent to €125.8 million, the Moncler Group said in a press release.

Stone Island’s DTC channel delivered 16 per cent growth to €109.2 million, while wholesale revenues increased 5 per cent to €91.1 million. The brand’s second-quarter performance was supported by continued double-digit DTC growth, particularly in the Americas and Asia.

For the second half of 2026, Moncler said it expects to remain focused on strengthening its brands, expanding customer engagement and navigating an uncertain macroeconomic environment with discipline.
