(Shell), to support potential future projects globally.Chiyoda has developed a strong and trusted collaboration with Shell, supporting them on major projects worldwide for over fifty years. The EFA establishes a flexible framework that supports timely access to Chiyoda’s engineering and procurement expertise as project needs emerge. Drawing on Chiyoda’s experience in the delivery of complex energy projects, the agreement is designed to enable faster mobilization and enhanced integration between Shell and Chiyoda. This approach supports improved cost and schedule confidence, enhances project execution predictability, and enables Shell to respond more effectively to evolving market and project conditions.
