Roaches to showcase next-gen textile testing solutions at ITM 2026

Roaches to showcase next-gen textile testing solutions at ITM 2026

Roaches will be making a significant showcase at the ITM 2026 show in Istanbul, one of the textile industry’s most influential global exhibitions, as the team expands their presence in the Turkish market through a flourishing new partnership.

Hosted by Turkish partners at ColorCo Global, Roaches will occupy a significant space on the pavilion (Hall 10 – Stand 1013B), presenting a comprehensive lab set-up with their newest innovations ready for demonstrating.

Roaches will showcase its latest textile testing technologies at ITM 2026 in Istanbul through a partnership with ColorCo Global.
The company will present innovations including the Martindale AXYZ abrasion tester and Sentire Fabric Handle Tester alongside core laboratory solutions.
The participation marks Roaches’ first appearance at ITM as it strengthens its presence across Turkey.

This showcase will feature a mix of core laboratory machines and the latest digitally advanced technologies, reflecting the need for a continued understanding of core textile testing principles such as pilling, as well as the need for advanced product testing and analysis.

A spotlight on innovation and automation

At the centre of this pop-up lab will be two of Roaches latest innovations:

Martindale AXYZ – A highly advanced abrasion and pilling tester, offering seamless test switching across a record number of test heads, for high-throughput labs

Sentire – Fabric Handle Tester – A comprehensive analytical system designed to objectively measure fabric feel, helping brands and manufacturers gain tighter control over product continuity and quality.

Alongside these will be lab universally recognised testers such as the Random Tumble Pilling Tester and the Durawash, underlining Roaches ability to support a full spectrum of wet and dry lab testing requirements.

Strengthening global presence through regional partnerships

Roaches’ presence at ITM 2026 marks an important step in their international growth strategy, introducing their market-leading technologies to wider audience in this region known for global influence and leadership in textile manufacturing.

“This year marks Roaches’ first participation at ITM, a milestone event within our global exhibition programme. The exhibition offers a valuable platform to strengthen our position in the Turkish textile industry by introducing our innovative textile testing solutions, while also deepening our relationship with our regional partner, ColorCo Global. Visitors to our stand will have the opportunity to experience our flagship products, including the Sentire Fabric Handle Evaluation System and the latest AXYZ Martindale,” says Rob Shelton, International BDM.

Turkey remains one of the most significant global manufacturing hubs, despite increased pressures from rising energy and labour costs, and increased global competition from low-cost manufacturing regions.

Working in close collaboration with ColorCo Global, Roaches aims to provide more comprehensive regional support, expertise, and accessibility to customers across Turkiye, South Eastern Europe, and Asia.

The Roaches’ ‘complete lab’ approach is increasingly more valuable to brands and retailers who are facing stricter quality margins and tighter deadlines between design and distribution, who need end-to-end testing solutions and centralised technical expertise.
