US Air Liquide invests $150 mn in memory chip expansion
Air Liquide will invest over $150 million to build, own and operate a new industrial gas production facility in Idaho for a global memory-chip manufacturer.
The 2028 unit will supply ultra-pure nitrogen, oxygen and argon, inputs used in advanced chip manufacturing.
The project adds US electronics supply-chain capacity as AI demand rises in domestic and global markets.
