Japanese Walking Method – one simple technique that could add a healthy edge to your regular walks. It means a kind of interval walking, where you walk at different speeds and alternate till you reach the time limit. Start by walking for three minutes fast, then three minutes of walking slowly at a relaxing pace. This process continues until you cover up to 30 minutes of walking. This way, you increase your heart rate while walking fast, but your body gets time to rest when walking slowly. Moreover, this increases cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
