Emtec returns to FEBRATEX 2026 with TSA tactile analysis system

Emtec returns to FEBRATEX 2026 with TSA tactile analysis system

Following a successful participation at the previous edition, emtec has once again chosen FEBRATEX as the ideal platform to connect with textile professionals from across Brazil and beyond. As one of the industry’s most important meeting points, the biennial exhibition brings together manufacturers, innovators and decision-makers looking for technologies that increase competitiveness, sustainability and efficiency throughout the textile value chain. Live demonstrations, technical discussions and direct conversations make the exhibition a unique environment for turning innovation into practical solutions.Visitors to the emtec booth number 475 in Sector 1 will have the opportunity to experience the TSA Tactile Sensation Analyzer in combination with the Virtual Haptic Library in action and discover how objective textile hand feel measurement supports more efficient product development. By transforming subjective perception into reproducible measurement data, the TSA helps reduce physical sampling, accelerate decision-making, improve communication across the textile value chain and ultimately save valuable resources. “Our goal is not simply to present an instrument, but to help visitors truly understand the science behind textile hand feel and how objective measurement creates measurable business value,” says Mr. Daniel Ohndorf, Sales Area Manager from emtec Electronic. “There is no substitute for seeing the TSA in action and discussing individual applications face-to-face.”

Emtec will demonstrate its TSA Tactile Sensation Analyzer and Virtual Haptic Library at FEBRATEX 2026, showcasing objective textile hand feel measurement.
The technology helps reduce physical sampling, speed product development and improve quality communication across the textile value chain, supporting more efficient and sustainable manufacturing.

To ensure visitors can dive deeply into both commercial and technical aspects without language barriers, Mr. Daniel Ohndorf will be joined by emtec’s long-standing sales partner Mr. Osni dos Santos from partner Elof Hansson Brazil and his colleague Ms. Evanice Torres Fernandes. Throughout the exhibition, the team will be available for live demonstrations, technical discussions and individual consultations. In addition, Mr. Osni dos Santos is expected to open each exhibition day with a short presentation in Portuguese, welcoming visitors and introducing the benefits of objective textile hand feel analysis.

Whether companies at FEBRATEX 2026 are looking to optimize existing products, accelerate innovation or make their quality assessment more objective and reproducible, the emtec team looks forward to discussing individual challenges and demonstrating how measurable tactile properties can contribute to more sustainable and resource-efficient textile production. Visit emtec during the four days of the fair at booth no. 475 in Sector 1 to experience textile hand feel from a completely new perspective.
