PETRONAS LNG Ltd has signed a seven-year sale and purchase agreement with Shizuoka Gas for LNG supply from 2032.
The deal covers about 0.84 million metric tonnes, with PETRONAS citing supply flexibility and reliability through its global LNG portfolio.
The partners also plan to explore decarbonisation opportunities across the LNG value chain after a 30-year relationship.
