Key price movement
Price movement across Asia**;s VSF market was exceptionally limited. Both Indian benchmarks and China**;s domestic benchmark recorded *.** per cent intra week movement, while Pakistan faced a modest *.** per cent decline.
The stability is particularly significant because each market follows a different pricing mechanism. India relies on monthly contract pricing, China operates on daily spot benchmarks, and Pakistan follows a producer-quoted domestic pricing model. Despite these structural differences, all three markets produced nearly identical outcomes, indicating that prices were supported by underlying supply-demand fundamentals rather than pricing methodologies.
